Vitan l is a centrally located residential development in Bucharest. The complex is comprised of 3 buildings, one 8 floors and 2 with 10 floors, and includes ground level garages and above ground parking. The project offers 2,3 and 4 room apartment designs including duplexes with balconies. Vitan l was the first high-rise residential building in Romania to use ISORAST technology (high efficiency insulation on both sides of the perimetral walls). Vortex was able to implement this new technology which translated into groundbreaking savings for the owners of the apartments. The developer of the project embraced this value added engineering solution from Vortex. This solution was used by the developer in marketing and successfully selling the project.
