Vortex provided a winning competitive bid for the first SME Business center in Bucharest.  As General Contractor for the project, Vortex was able to  integrate high technology in a mid-sized office building (autonomous building with solar and photovoltaic panels, recirculation of rainwater and separate always-on circuits).
